Description: The Last Kids on Earth is the first book in a bestselling series, told in a mixture of text and black-and-white illustration. Jack Sullivan survives a monster apocalypse in his tree house base. He has three best friends, who may be the only other people left on Earth, and a pet monster named Rover. Jack tells the story in a wisecracking, video-game-style voice. It’s described as perfect for any kid who’s ever dreamed of starring in their own comic book or video game, and Jeff Kinney called it “terrifyingly fun” with “big thrills and even bigger laughs.”
