Description:After his first mission for MI6, Alex Rider is hoping to return to a normal life, but the intelligence agency isn’t done with him. When two wealthy, powerful men with troublesome teenage sons die under suspicious circumstances, MI6 notices a link: both boys had been sent to the same school, Point Blanc Academy, a remote and exclusive boarding school high in the French Alps.
Alex is sent undercover as the rebellious son of a millionaire, enrolling at the academy to find out what is really going on. The school is run by the cold and unsettling Dr. Grief, and its students seem to change in strange ways once they arrive. Isolated in the snowy mountains and surrounded by security, Alex must uncover Grief’s secret plan before it’s too late, relying on his skills, his gadgets and his skiing ability to survive.
