By ordering books from English BookNest, you agree to the following terms.

1. Borrowing Period

Books can be borrowed for 4 weeks ( 30 days ) . The borrowing period starts when you receive
your books.
If you need a little more time, please contact BookNest before the return date to request an
extension.

2. Late Returns

If your books are not returned on time, we will send you a friendly reminder.
You will not be able to borrow another BookNest bundle until your previous books have been
returned.

3. Lost or Damaged Books

We understand that books naturally show signs of being read and loved. If a book is lost or
significantly damaged, you may be asked to pay the reasonable replacement cost of the book plus a
CHF 20 processing fee.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

You can cancel your order for a full refund before the books have been sent or collected.
Once the books have been dispatched or collected and the borrowing period has started, payments
are generally non-refundable.
If there is a problem with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to find a fair
solution.

5. Payment

Payment must be made before books are sent or collected.
Your order is confirmed once payment has been received.

6. Delivery & Returns

Delivery within Switzerland is included in your BookNest package price. 🇨🇭
Customers are responsible for paying the return postage only.
Please package the books securely when returning them to BookNest.
For our local BookNest option in the Au–Wädenswil area, books can be collected and returned
locally, so no postage is required.

7. Taking Care of Our Books

Please treat BookNest books with care so that many other children can enjoy them too.
