Ever After High: Once Upon a Time is a story collection set at a school where the children of famous fairy-tale characters are expected to repeat their parents’ stories. It gathers 12 short tales, including five brand-new stories, and shows what the students’ lives are like at home before the Legacy Year begins. In a few weeks it will be Legacy Day, when they sign the Storybook of Legends and commit to their fairy-tale destinies. New stories reveal what Dexter and Darling Charming, Cedar Wood, Lizzie Hearts and Kitty Cheshire were doing just before school started.
